IPG once again confirmed as a Top Employer 2022!


The Top Employers for 2022 have been revealed and IPG has earned this title once again in Belgium. This certification underscores our commitment to a better professional world through high-impact HR policies and people practices.

Challenges of the changing professional world

Like 2020, 2021 was a challenging year. Despite our hopes for relief, the coronavirus continued to disrupt our way of working and thinking. The ongoing pandemic made 2021 an even greater challenge in human and HR terms than 2020 was. After all, mental well-being, perseverance and motivation have been and will remain spearheads in our policy! In 2022, IPG will continue to meet the challenges of the changing professional world and we will continue to strive for a positive impact on the lives of our employees.

Only thanks to the close cooperation, commitment and motivation of all our employees can IPG continue to grow in trying times. Receiving this certificate for the 3rd time in a row – as the only contact centre in Belgium – is therefore a recognition for our entire workforce!
